Meet Chris Irvin, the General Manager at Seaborn, bringing 15-20 years of experience with a particular fondness for carpentry. As a seasoned leader, Chris excels in overseeing operations and fostering a collaborative work environment, ensuring that projects are executed with precision and innovation.

Outside of his professional life, Chris enjoys the art of beer making and cooking great food, hobbies that reflect his creative and culinary interests. Chris has a wife and four children. Looking forward, Chris is committed to seeing Seaborn grow and thrive, aiming to expand its reach and impact in the community.

PROJECT MANAGER

Spencer Rhoad

Meet Spencer Rhoad, our Project Manager at Seaborn with an Agricultural Engineering degree from Penn State and two years of experience in technical sales and customer education. Spencer excels in managing project logistics, from purchasing and scheduling to ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site. He thrives on continuous learning and values the collaborative environment at Seaborn.

An enthusiastic outdoorsman, Spencer enjoys archery hunting, bass fishing, and woodworking. Spencer is grateful for the support of our clients and is eager to continue providing excellent service.

Doug Beaver

Meet Douglas Beaver, our Project Lead at Seaborn with over 15 years of experience as a structural engineer and a passion for residential construction and remodeling. Specializing in custom tile work and cabinetry, Doug transforms spaces with precision and creativity. His noteworthy projects include the extensive renovation of a 1950s ranch house, enhancing its functionality and aesthetic through innovative design.

Outside of professional achievements, Doug enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and fishing, and cherishes time spent with his wife and four children. Looking forward, he's enthusiastic about using his skills in construction-related mission trips and exploring opportunities to serve through a non-profit initiative.

Matt Smith

Meet Matt Smith, our Project Lead at Seaborn Construction and Remodeling, who started his journey in construction in 2010. Enthusiastic about every phase from demolition to detailed finishing work, Matt thrives on the varied responsibilities that each project demands, embracing challenges and fresh ideas to enhance his craft.

Outside of work, Matt is a devoted family man who enjoys the outdoors, from camping and fishing to working on cars and undertaking various projects. As he looks to the future, he aims to expand his responsibilities at Seaborn, working alongside a team he deeply values. To our clients, Matt pledges commitment and meticulousness, always striving to exceed expectations and honor the trust placed in his hands.

Colby Smith

Meet Colby Smith, a dedicated Carpenter Helper at Seaborn with a decade of experience in carpentry.
